To guarantee quality and craftsmanship, we carefully decide whether to produce window frames, moldings, and window sections in our own workshop or with the skilled carpentry workshop we collaborate with. Our frames are crafted from mahogany wood, which offers high insulation value to keep your home warm. Wooden frames also provide a unique, authentic, and warm look.

Depending on the condition of your frames, Heym will install new windows or entirely new wooden frames. If the old frame is still in good condition, we use the space where the sliding window weights were once housed to install the new frame. After placing the new window, we seal any gaps and paint everything neatly, leaving your property looking fresh and tidy.

Sustainable

At Heym, we use double glazing (HR++) for tilt-and-turn windows. This glass improves your home’s insulation, making it more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. The tilt-and-turn mechanism makes it easy to clean the glass from both the inside and outside. You will also experience less draft, and double glazing helps block out street noise. This not only benefits the environment but also improves your sleep!

Warranty

To ensure longevity, we only use the highest-quality materials. We stand behind our work and offer a ten-year warranty on our frames. This warranty covers issues such as water or wind leaks. We also offer a five-year warranty on glazing and a two-year warranty on hardware, such as hinges and locks. These warranties cover issues like condensation or dirt trapped inside double glazing.
